The experience was great I had gone to another place in Brickell and they had done a terrible job on my permanent eyeliner so I went to Encanta Cejas on recommendation of a friend. The experience was amazing the technician I think her name was Andrea (not sure) was very calm and soothing and did my permanent makeup very gentle and did not hurt at all. I highly recommend this place for the eyeliner and eyelashes and will go there again for my eyebrows when the time comes to do maintenance on them.

Angelica is the absolute best. She is such a kind soul and extremely professional. She genuinely cares about her clients and doesn’t just try to pocket money. She gives her honest opinion and won’t let you waste your money when she does not believe you need something done. 10/10 recommend!!! I got my eyebrows done with her 2 years ago (before pic) and just went for a fresh up (after pic)! Always so happy with the results :)
